We were really disappointed with our experience at The Popular Pizza Store . We ordered a pizza with red pepper, red onion, and tandoori paneer, but what we got was completely different, with green pepper and hot banana pepper instead and she changed the base from thin to thik. When we went back to tell them about the mistake, Riya, the employee, was surprisingly rude. She tried to convince us that hot banana pepper is red pepper, which it obviously wasn’t.Instead of fixing the problem, she didn’t apologize and acted like she didn’t care. She even said they didn’t have red pepper, and there was nothing she could do. We left feeling really frustrated and upset by the poor customer service. Honestly, I don't know why people with such attitude are even hired. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a pizza last night from popular pizza london ontario, The pizza was ok but it lacked one of the special base sauce which I ordered.The main issues are with the customer support team,They are very rude and never accept there mistake.For them it’s just a order and don’t think about the customer.They don’t even have a courtesy to say sorry or give some alternative options.There reaction is like don’t order from next time with us.
