I had a birthday celebration here last night at the seminar room. I ordered three pancit platters ( serves 6-7), two with pork barbecue and one with fried chicken; crab salad, two pizza pies, two rice platters, one pitcher of iced tea and one pitcher of cucumber lemonade. The food was served freshly cooked. The servings were more than enough for 20 people. More than the delicious food, though, I was impressed by the customer service. The Cafe Felisa staff was very courteous and accommodating. They set up the videoke machine and helped us get our party started. They came in regularly to replenish water and ice. They took turns checking in on us. Anyone can tell they have excellent teamwork. They truly made me enjoy my birthday celebration. Thank you, Cafe Felisa. You made me feel so special. The food is okay and affordable, so no complaints there. My only issue was with the service. They served my drink (a can of Coke Zero) after I had already finished eating. It was morning, and the place wasn't even crowded. I had to follow up three times before it was finally brought to our table. Hopefully, this was just an isolated incident because it definitely affected the overall experience. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
