Came in today and ordered a Bacon and Cheese Pie, Plain Beef Pie, Smoked Brisket Pie and a French Vanilla Slice. Bacon and Cheese pie my god was sensational a good 9/10 flaky, crispy, meaty and cheesy. Flavour was immaculate a great meat to gravy ratio my only pick is just a bit more cheese and that’ll be my perfect pie. Plain Beef Pie wasn’t too bad I’d rate it probably a 7/10 good meat to gravy ratio, was flaky and crispy it just want the best flavour I’ve had there was no negatives to it rather than I just preferred somewhere else Brisket pie was killer as well massive chunks killer flavour good gravy but honestly the biggest issue I had was the pepper it was just too peppery I think it could’ve been the brisket rubbed with a SPG and then extra in the gravy could’ve made it too peppery but I still think it deserves a 8.5/10 Vanilla slice was good there was nothing to complain about.
