Food is pretty good but it took close to an hour to get our food while the restaurant was not that busy (8pm on Friday). Most of the food was soggy by the time we got it. The ice cream shakes are not drinkable through the tiny straws provided. There were more workers than customers and most of the workers looked busy with little progress. There were about 20 bags sitting there just waiting for fries. The owner should really look into this because this would be a great restaurant if it wasn’t for the slow service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Why do you guys put your workers outside?! Workers are exceptional by the way, I would never last with what they seem to put up with from first glance. I'm 100% sure your speaker works and you put HUMANS outside in this heat wave? I wouldn't even put my dogs outside in this heat. This is inhumane and your business should be shut down if this is how you treat your employees who do not get paid enough for this. You're risking their lives for what? Provide you a little bit more convenience? People get heat strokes in this heat and humidity. You could've at least put them in shade with a $20 cool mist fan which also is pretty bad but what the heck. I can't even reason with it or try to understand because there is no reasonable answer or explanation. Please just use the speaker. This is horrible on you (I'm taking to you franchise owner). Shame on you Portillo's Maple Grove. Keep everyone inside. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
