Usually good, but today there was either a training issue or lack of common sense because 2 of our sandwiches were soaking wet on one end with water, like someone used dripping wet lettuce or tomatoes or something else. Please make it like you would want to eat it!

Honestly one of the best potbelly's I've been to. Rachel is amazing and one of the nicest person I've ever met alongside her coworker Rob. The food was amazing and customer service was off the charts. They make you feel like family here. I came back in for a second time later that day and Rachel was there. Although she was cleaning the store, she still was a breath of fresh air. Definitely the best experience I've had at potbelly so far!!

Location: 55 E Jackson, Chicago, IL I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received. Upon entering your premises, I walked around to stand in line. I observed that one customer was being attended to by your staff (Rachel). The customer then left the premises. As I patiently waited my turn, a gentlemen came into the front door and immediately walked up to the cash register area and grabbed an item. The cashier (Rachel) then began to ring his purchase up; as if I weren't standing there. . As, that was occurring I explained to Rachel that I had been waiting there and the man came in and was serviced immediately before me. She explained she didn't see me. I didn't make a big deal out of it. I then began to tell her my order. While she was completing my order. Another lady came into Potbelly's and grab a few items from the cooler and shelf. She then walked around me and sat her items on the front counter. At this time Rachel was finishing up my order. She walked to the cash register area and again immediately began to ring the lady up that was behind me. I explained to the lady and Rachel that I was next. The customer stated that she did not mean to get in front of me. She thought there was another person that was going to ring her out? (No fault of the customers). I told Rachel that she has done this to me twice and I would like to speak with the manager. She then stated that she was the manager. I expected to receive the same level of service and attention. However, to my dismay, the manager (Racheal), who was overseeing the operation, appeared to be dismissive of my presence and proceeded to snap at me for saying something to her about what occured. When I politely questioned the manager about this apparent oversight, I was met with hostility and defensiveness. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and rectifying the situation, she engaged in an unnecessary argument, disregarding the importance of fair and equal treatment of all customers.
