There is something seriously wrong with the manager there after admitting making a mistake on my prior sandwich, I was coldly denied a replacement during a later visit. Shame on Emily for mishandling not only my reasonable request but probably the food. Would rather make my own sandwich than let this location try to make it right. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Management ignore you. Dropping down to 1 star from 2. First time trying PotBelly and.... My wife got the Avo Turkey and I got the Wreck with Vinigrette on the side. Both orders were messed up. Her sandwich had no avocado, and the lady asked me if I want vinigrette on the sandwich or on the side and I answered on the side. Unfortunately it didn't make it into the bag :/ They were rushed. Definitely understaffed and because of that they messed up both our sandwiches. I will update the review depending on what management will do about this. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
