Horrible I ordered the prime rib sub. Should have been caramelized onions. They were raw. Very sloppy. Hardly any meat I also ordered Mac n cheese which was more like soup than mac n cheese. I was wondering why they had given me a spoon and crackers in my bag. Not sure if it was a joke or what. I threw everything away. Not good. Won’t be back Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

You can never get enough of Potbelly!!! Best thing to travel Midwest is you get to enjoy Potbelly's sandwiches, and for sure, The Wreck is always the first choice The meaty fan favorite!!! Turkey breast, Hickory smoked ham, Angus roast beef, salami, and Swiss, who wouldn't like it !!! With the IBC Root Beer , and Potbelly's classic interior decorations with local elements, like all the Michigan lake car companies' retro photos, here at the Detroit Warren shop, that's the journey ~~~~ Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Went through drive through at lunchtime and the younger woman helping me was so short/clipped/rude when talking to me. I think she needed a break or maybe to just go home for the day? I understand working with the public is difficult but I (honestly) was super polite/kind the whole time so I’m baffled as to what led to this behavior. It was the most odd/off-putting interaction. I hope she finds the peace she needs but I won’t be back. The food isnt worth it anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
