So last night, me and my best friend ate hear cuz she's been here like 2 days ago and was really raving about the food.
I had the Squid Ink pasta and my friend ordered the Roasted chicken and Quinoa-red rice salad. And Potts does not disappoint. True to their craft, they used organic and fresh ingredients that makes the food really good.
The ambience of the place is neat and very inviting to food lovers. The staff is friendly and really well informed on the food they serve.
For dessert, we had the tiramisu which was presented in a different way and that was fun to eat.
I will be coming back soon. Definitely.
During my visit, I wanted to try the Vietnamese-Style Slow Cooked Organic Pork Belly which sounded so tempting. But thought twice about it as I was concerned about my cholesterol count. I instead ordered the Melange of Seafood Provencale with Brown Rice Risotto. It was comprised of prawns, squid, mussels and salmon. I was actually in the mood for something that's light and simple tasting so this dish sat perfectly well with my preference at that moment. Truly, the seafood were prime and fresh. Needless to say that it had that healthy taste and I felt guilt free about my meal. Partnered it with a glass of watermelon, kiwi and mint concoction which was utterly delightful and refreshing.
Potts Point Bayside is also home to Delano Specialty Coffee from Australia.
Also certified as using organic ingredients that are said to be free of unnecessary chemicals.
Well, I consider organic cuisine as synonymous to expensive. That also holds somewhat true with this place. So just be prepared to shell out a bit when you dine here. It's worth the spend.
However, I found a hair inside the melted cheese and I told the staff about it and she took it away and told me let them check. And I was waiting for what they would serve me to make it up and guess what I got? I got the sandwich which just was cut the part of hair with cheese and returned to me.
Hmm, I feel this is not the right way to make it up with.
Tastes good but I don't like this kind of service which I don't feel professional.
I won't come back here again.
