This is absolutely my type of restaurant! From the food to the presentation and the overall experience, everything felt thoughtfully put together. We started with the Spanish charcuterie board, which was delicious. The ingredients were a great combination of flavors from both Spain and California. I especially loved the pickled vegetables and the orange jam. The portion was also a decent size for two people. There was no cured ham, but honestly, you won’t regret choosing this as an appetizer. One of my favorite parts of the experience was how the chef and waiter took the time to explain the ingredients and where they came from. I really enjoy learning about the food before I eat it, and that extra information made the meal feel much more personal and memorable. The plating was beautiful for every course, from the appetizer to the main course and desserts. The paella was especially impressive. You could taste each ingredient from the saffron, gambas, squid, and mussels...and everything was cooked perfectly! The timing between each course was also excellent. We never felt rushed, and each dish arrived at just the right time. The staff were friendly and attentive, the table settings were beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The mountain view was the perfect finishing touch. We arrived around 5:30 PM, and by the time we finished dinner, the mountains were glowing orange from the sunset. It made the evening feel even more special. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Spanish food, especially if you’re looking for somewhere to celebrate an anniversary or another special occasion. I would definitely come back! The best Branzino I have had outside of Spain! Try the Pan De Manchego, you won’t be disappointed. The service was also amazing! We will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

This is our first visit to the Phoenix area and Prado Restaurant hit all the right notes. The food was delicious, plentiful and so well prepared. My husband and I shared the pulpo tapas and Valencia paella both of which are outstanding. From the valet service to the wait staff, the service was impeccable. Special mention to Cade who was very attentive, friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Prado and look forward to returning!
