Following an accident with our home we have stayed here for a month as a family of four whilst waiting on a temporary house whilst ours was being repaired. The staff have all been amazing and we’ve had some laughs and they all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome it’s like we are now part of an extended family. Nothing was to much trouble. Both my children had there birthdays here and whilst it was not our home the staff also made sure that they had a good birthday and gave them a card wished them happy birthday and even gave them a treat of a bag of sweets and some biscuits. Honestly they are a great team and help each other out and deliver a great service to guests. Service: 5

Checking out today after a one night stay visiting family in Lichfield. We had a premier plus room which was as you would expect, air conditioning absolutely fabulous in this heatwave we’re having. Spacious room, comfy bed and clean and tidy. Pity these rooms aren’t on the top floor as the noise from room above was a bit annoying. Had dinner next door, which was just ok, although I wouldn’t return for dinner. We had breakfast this morning which was lovely, plenty of choice and really chilled. Staff in the restaurant all pleasant and helpful and the member of staff on reception when we checked in pleasant and chatty too. All in all, we would stay here again. Service: 5
