I recently stayed at Premier Inn Runcorn to visit Chester Zoo and Chester city attractions and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The standout feature of my stay was undoubtedly the staff. I dealt with two different young ladies on reception during my visit, and both were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely polite, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. It is rare to receive such consistently high levels of customer service, and both deserve recognition for their excellent work. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh towels and all facilities in excellent condition. The bedding was clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was also very good, with a decent selection for both adults and children. A great bonus is that kids eat free at the Beefeater restaurant located within the Premier Inn premises, which offers excellent value for families. Overall, I cannot fault this hotel. Excellent staff, clean accommodation, good food, and great service throughout. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Service: 5

Clean. Comfortable. In a good place. Nice staff. We booked well ahead and got a good price. No lift though. Plenty of parking but register your car number. Service: 5

Very comfortable bed. Also very well. Room clean. Shower good! Plenty of parking. Staff were lovely. End of an era eating a Beefeater breakfast. As an add on. Service: 5
