Having a Sunday picnic in Hyde Park so decided to grab a few coffees from Preston's Deli. Just ok and not bad but considering the hype we were expecting something a bit better. Their Matcha needs a bit of work, weak, no crema. Hate leaving these sort of reviews but is it what it is. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

topped by Preston’s Deli this morning for a solid brekky and coffee, and it absolutely delivered. From the moment you walk in, the aesthetic hits — such a unique vibe that instantly stands out. The layout is super welcoming, and the staff were calm, friendly, and easygoing which made the whole experience even better. I really liked the open kitchen too — being able to watch the chef work with that level of precision and presentation added a whole extra layer to it. Started with a batch brew which was proper and set the tone straight away. From the menu, I grabbed the Pork Sausage Muffin, Chicken Caesar Sando, and of course had to try the specialty Monte Blanc — all of it was fresh, high quality, and seriously delicious Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to, and it’s easily going straight to the top of my coffee crawl list Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place has tasty toasties. Some of their matcha is good. And the cookies are good. Everything is a little pricey in my opinion. The staff are nice though. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20
