My partner and I used to come here every time we go to the arcade but I don’t think we’ll be coming back. Service has never been elite but it’s a pretzel stand in the mall, I don’t expect Michelin star service lol. This last time we went, the pretzels tasted a little bit stale and were a lot chewier than usual. we both ended up getting sick from them even though we didn’t eat more than 10 each :(. Really unfortunate it seems not only that service has fallen off but basic food safety isn’t being followed anymore either :( Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food place. I kindly asked about the sizing and he replied with “they’re right in front of you” in a rude and disrespectful tone. I would not recommend eating here. This employee I took the picture of was the one that treated me awful. I wish I could give it a 0 star review. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've visited this Pretzelmaker several times, and unfortunately, I've had consistently poor customer service experiences. While the staff do assist, it often feels like they're reluctant or inconvenienced by customers. On my recent visit, I specifically ordered salted pretzel bites with cinnamon. The staff misunderstood my order, and when I tried to clarify, I encountered reluctance and unprofessionalism, they poured a large scoop of salt in the cup so it would be at the bottom of the cup not on my pretzels. The team lead, a woman with black hair, responded dismissively and told me that my order was 'too complicated.' Despite offering to purchase a new cup, her attitude remained unprofessional, and the situation was poorly handled. I wouldn't recommend this location to others.
