Prezzo Italian Restaurant & Bar - Boca Raton

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. At the moment, we are actually offering happy hour from the time we open until 6PM, every day, and at every seat in the house. I apologize if that wasn't expressed to you during your recent visit. While our previous policy only offered happy hour only at the bar and hi-tops, for the summertime, we are also offering happy hour in our dining room and on our patio. We're also taking note of your thoughts on our recent menu changes. Please feel free to reach out to me directly so we can discuss specifics as to the menu items you preferred previously. We always appreciate our guests' feedback. If you would like to discuss further, please don't hesitate to give the restaurant a call and ask to speak with a member of our management team. Thank you again, for sharing your feedback with us.

Hi Patrick, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your Bolognese did not meet your expectations regarding portion size. This is not the experience we want our guests to have, and we take your concerns seriously. We're glad to hear our bartender provided great and attentive service. We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right and restore your confidence in us. Please reach out to MeiC@phospitality.com so we can address this matter properly.

Thank you, Jordan! We're delighted to hear that you had a wonderful experience for your sister's birthday and that Matt impressed you with his lychee martini. Come visit us again soon!
