The food was truly amazing, very flavourful and delicious. Our servers Jessica and Natalia were both lovely and brilliant with recommendations with the various food options. The only thing I would say is the air conditioning would have been lovely, however it wasn’t the end of the world as the restaurant wasn’t busy. Getting food out to us was quick and when we needed more time to decide on what we wanted it wasn’t an issue. Natalia & Jessica’s personalities were the highlight of our experience, both such lovely people and extremely accommodating Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We couldn't fault a thing! Despite an issue with our Virgin Experience voucher (which wasn't the restaurant's fault), the staff were incredibly accommodating and did everything they could to help. A special mention has to go to Natalia, who was so warm, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. She made sure we were happy throughout our visit and genuinely made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The food was absolutely incredible, and the cocktails were just as impressive. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely be returning. An extra big thank you to Natalia - You're a star! Your kindness and excellent service made our visit even more special :) Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: Natalia checked on seating us that we didn't have dietary restrictions :)

One of the worst dining experiences we've had. As first time visitors to Prezzo, we did not know what to expect; poor service was the answer. It was very quiet in there, but even then we had to go to the kitchen counter ourselves to get things because the waiter was too busy chatting and laughing at the bar, the waiter repeatedly ignored us, and the chips were rotten. The rest of the food was alright, but the extremely slow service had already been too much. To top it all, he wouldn't even let us see the machine and when we tried to look at the card machine; he kept unusually holding it upside down to block us from seeing it! Why would he hold it in such a strange way? It was only after I managed to snap a photo of the card machine that I was finally able to find out how much he was trying to overcharge us, because the amount on the card machine and the receipt were very different. Avoid this restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
