While visiting Brownwood/Early we decided to try Prima Pasta. We visit often, but ha e never been to this restaurant. We were promptly seated, and that was the last interaction we had with any staff. A waitress came over and made sure the men at that table had beers, and giggled and smiled with them. I watched another table be seated and a waiter cane and took there drink orders. By this time my whole family had decided what they wanted to eat plus appetizers and no one had even taken our drink order, so we left. Very sad. To be the only Italian restaurant in town and have terrible service

We came for our 19 year anniversary. Our waitress didn't know what adult beverages they had. We order fried calamari that she completely forgot to put in. We waited for what felt like forever for our food. She then brought the calimari after our dinner had arrived. It tasted like cardboard and over cooked. They then placed a a family of 18 or 20 people right next to us. We couldnt even enjoy a conversation as we couldn't even hear each other. I understand that this is a public place but there was plenty of open tables. I had the eddys combo, I asked if I could substitute the chicken for more shrimp. They said absolutely not. So I went ahead with it anyway. They gave me mostly chicken with 3 shrimp!!! Why am I paying 22.00 for 3 shrimp!! Thats absurd! My husband by then had found out what beer they had and ordered one that no one brought to him. I then went up to ask for our bill and a couple boxes. It took another 10 minutes to get our boxes and bill. We will not be back! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Anna was our server and she was great and so sweet and attentive. I was surprised how great the Manicotti was. My daughter in-law got the Tortellini either the mushroom cream sauce and loved it. My granddaughter got the Spinach dip and had us try it because she thought it was amazing and it was. We all took some leftovers home because they were all big portions. Good people work here and definitely good food. Our only issue was when we asked for more rolls they were hard and a bit burned. We could've sent them back and they wouldn't have had a problem with it so that's on us since we didn't.
