Very creative and delicious dishes. Don't let the plain Jane decor of this place detour you from what's important, the food. They are still in early stages of opening. I've eaten here two days in a row now, once for dinner then for lunch. First meal was a seafood dish with flat rice noodles using calamari, squid, and fresh muscles with an amazing sauce and very unique pearl eggplant. I finished off with a most amazing coconut mango creme brule! Day two I had what can only be described as a seafood meatloaf ( I love seafood). The chef took freah salmon and put it in a mortor, and made it into a puree, then took more fresh seafood and shaped it i0+nto a little cake and steamed it !! Topped with an awesome red coconut curry sauce and steamed fresh veggies. The best part was that he uses quinoa in his rice dishes another one of my favorites! Did I mention the coconut mango creme brule?? I had another one. The service is great, the staff is sweet and genuine. The chef came out both times to make sure all was well and believe me it was. Great place, great food! The only down fall is that I don't live here!!
