I ordered the boozy broome pizza, and was delivered a nearly-raw pie, uncooked in the middle and inedible. I reported the issue and was given 10 dollars back (the pizza cost 30). I get that it happens, but you should issue a full refund if you can't provide edible food to a customer. Service: Delivery Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

My story with prince street pizza goes quite a ways back to my first visit to NY. If you're a pizza fan and you've been to NY, it's likely you've walked into the the original Prince Street Pizza and inhaled a slice at the standing room only establishment. Fast forward to present day, I was happy to see Prince street was opening on the Sunset Strip. The area has gone through it's fair share of different iterations of sandwich shops and pizza joints throughout the years that just couldn't quite make it. I love this place and am always eager to grab a spicy spring slice. The only reason this place gets 4 stars is because of an interaction I had there when a pie was quite burnt. I simply asked the associate if they had another one that wasn't burnt or charred as they usually aren't, and his reply was "If you don't like it this way, then choose something else and move on!" Everything has been superb with Prince Street with the exception of that one experience. Highly recommend this place when it's not packed and busy. If you don't like waiting or want a full selection of food pies available don't go after a night out or over a busy weekend. The wait can become long and the choices can be minimal. Enjoy!
