Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear your visit wasn't what you expected. We'd just like to clarify a couple of things. The Saturday you visited was our very first Morning Coffee Rave from 8am to 10am. This event had been advertised across all of our social media channels since May, so the DJ and louder music were a planned part of the morning rather than a surprise on the day. We completely understand that this style of event isn't for everyone, but it was something we had been promoting well in advance. Regarding the sausage swap, unfortunately we don't have veggie sausages on our menu, so we weren't able to offer that substitution. We apologise if there was any confusion with the explanation given, but the reason was simply that it's not a product we stock, so we weren't able to make that swap. We're sorry that this meant you decided not to stay, especially as you mentioned you liked the location. We hope you'll give us another try on one of our regular mornings, when the atmosphere is very different. Best regards, Klaudia
