Yum yum yum yummmmm Very tasty burrata with mouth watering ragu. The bread it came with was also delicious. Then finished it of with a melt in your mouth brownie? As I said, Yum The guys in there are lovely too. Felt like true modern Italian cuisine tucked away for only the adventures to find. Lunch @ProjectBurrata showcasing burrata in different ways. On a cold wintery raining Adelaide day, the easy choice is the warming bowl of The Ragu: Beef, pork and veal slow-cooked in a rich tomato ragu, topped with parmesan, basil and EVOO. Hearty, rustic and full of flavour. It is also served with a delicious slice of freshly baked foccacia which is perfect for dipping into the ragu. The burrata kind of melts in to the ragu and gives a nice cheesiness, bit it is harder to get that burst of freshness as you would in a salad or eating it on it's own. Nonetheless, it is enjoyable and the beef, pork, and veal ragu has a lovely tomato base and flavour, perfect for the winter climes, juat needed a touch more seasoning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40

Project Burrata are an innovative team of young enthusiastic lads who blow the roof off of the massively on trend Italian cheese, Burrata. Their bowls are unique and as far as I'm aware the ONLY of its kind in Adelaide. Paired beautifully with various flavours, always with the elite Burrata as it's centrepiece, there is a versatile variety of options for most tastes. They constantly change the menu making seasonable choices available. Great to share or have has is, they're fast, fresh and affordable. Great guys for a chat. Keep an eye out for them at public events, then when you have the craving to chase them up, find them at their schmick litte city spot in the east. Surprised they haven't been copied in the cafe scene as it's an excellent option. Get in there. 5/5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
