We stayed here for two nights and loved our stay. Once we checked in no one bothered us unless we needed to ask questions. We had dinner on the first night..it was OK yhe chips were lovely but burgers werent great but I had a lovely mocktail. Room was nice and clean. Carpet felt grimey but we were on the budget side so maybe it will be updated. Building work started at 8am but that didnt bother us really. Kids loved the pool and there is a sauna and jacuzzi that my son enjoyed. Only thing I say is the safety of the guests. Anyone could walk in through car park entrance. They should have a key card only entrance especially going to the rooms. I've seen this in most hotels nowadays. The gym was small but had everything needed. Breakfast was hectic the first morning but the food was lovely. Second morning we got breakfast to the room which was a lot more relaxing.

We had our wedding at Riverside Park Hotel & Leisure Club, and from start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the team made everything feel easy, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable. They were warm, approachable, incredibly organised, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt too much to ask. Every detail we envisioned was followed through with care and precision, and that alone meant so much to us. A very special mention goes to Andrea, who truly went above and beyond. She ensured that our entire wedding day flowed smoothly—from the ceremony to the reception—and kept us updated throughout, which gave us so much peace of mind. Her calm, composed, and professional manner made all the difference. We are also incredibly grateful to the team for how they handled an unexpected situation—when our wedding cake collapsed. Without hesitation, they stepped in calmly and efficiently, finding a solution right away. Huge credit to the kitchen and chef for helping salvage the situation so gracefully. That level of composure and problem-solving is something we will never forget. The food deserves its own spotlight. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was—and how generous the portions were. The quality, presentation, and service were all outstanding. Even the way the top table was served was beautifully synchronised and elegant. What truly stood out to us was how accommodating and flexible the team was. From adjusting room arrangements for us, to handling last-minute requests (including an additional room), everything was met with kindness and efficiency—no fuss, no complications. They were fair, transparent, and never once made us feel taken advantage of. Every interaction felt respectful and sincere. They also coordinated effortlessly with our external suppliers, executed our preferred layout perfectly for both ceremony and reception, and ensured our timeline was followed closely. Even small gestures—like providing a temporary cake so we could proceed with the cake cutting, or the thoughtful addition of sparklers—did not go unnoticed and meant so much to us. We are deeply grateful—not just for the beautiful venue, but for the people behind it. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care of the entire team made our wedding day truly unforgettable. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. — Jan & Jovi
