I had a wonderful dinner with friends and family last Friday night. The Cuban Steak was remarkable, the cocktails tasty, and the pastries delectable. Their staff is so helpful and kind. And it's just a fun ambience all around. I'm so glad we have something like Provisions in Vallejo! How lucky are we. Super delicious food and cocktails! While the menu may seem limited, the dishes pack a hearty size and immeasurable flavor. Wife and I stopped in for breakfast on a Monday, hey, I'm on vacation this week, so why not? I ordered the breakfast plate with sunny side up eggs, and they were cooked to PERFECTION! My Chartreuse spritz was yummy as was my wife's hibiscus mimosa. The wife had the smothered burrito that was loaded! The chicken sauce, was delicious. Like a mild mole sauce (a lot of mole sauces and be overpowering, but this sauce was on point!) Our server, I'm so sorry I forgot her name, was great. She didn't bother us but she did check in on use to see if we needed anything else, and she was fun to chat with. There was a commotion two tables over from us and from what I think was the owner asked them to leave. His comments towards here were completely out of pocket and uncalled for. I will definitely be coming here again! I need to try the fried cheese curds, roasted tofu sandwich and the fried chicken sandwich and of course the bottomless mimosas. Now the question is, do the bottomless mimosas come with an Uber home? I mean, c'mon, if anyone can drink 3 mimosas, then you need to get the bottomless and have some fun! UPDATE: We decided to go for lunch! Lunch menu is served at 10am, I ordered the waygu burger and parm fries and the wife ordered the fried chicken sandwich. We also wanted to try the fried cheese curds. Everything was so DELICIOUS! A must try for anyone craving a comfy atmosphere and delicious food!
