This was the best experience I’ve had watching a game at a bar. The crowd and atmosphere were unlike anything I’ve seen before, and the service was top notch. Hosted a vibe coding and sip event, and I would say this was by far the most welcoming venue I've been a part of. I enjoyed every aspect of it, from the service to Katie helping me out and making sure everything was good. I had a great time facilitating the event and making sure everybody had drinks and food as well. I will highly recommend coming here not only to have a good time but also to host any events that you may have in mind. In collaboration with PubKey, reach out to Katie. I honestly had a great time hosting my event here, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to host an event there. I'm dropping some images below so you guys can get a feel for the vibes at PubKey. PubKey has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city. The food is dangerously delicious. The dry rub wings are packed with flavor, the smash burgers are fantastic, and the waffle fries might honestly be the best I've ever had. They're fried in beef tallow, which makes them extra crispy and ridiculously tasty. The drinks are equally great. I usually order the Cydonia (the rose-infused vodka is so good), but if I'm in the mood for a cold, affordable beer, the Mammoth Lager for $5 is hard to beat. The service is always excellent. Dioren is a standout bartender who greets guests warmly, remembers people, and consistently makes some of the best cocktails in DC. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems happy to be there. What really sets PubKey apart is the atmosphere and programming. Any night of the week you'll find a great crowd and something interesting happening. I've attended a Valentine's burlesque show with live jazz, Smut Slam storytelling nights, and the American AI Festival, which was an incredible conference experience and a perfect fit for the space. They host everything from community events and talks to live music and nightlife, making it much more than just a bar. Don't sleep on PubKey. Whether you're looking for great food, great drinks, interesting people, or unique events, this place delivers. I'm so glad they opened in downtown DC and can't wait to see what they do next.
