This used to be my favorite store to shop at but recently the produce department has been looking absolutely terrible. I have been in Boca Raton for the past 40 years and have never had an issue at any Publix location until very recent. Hopefully it will improve or we will have to start shopping somewhere else.

Cashier Karen who worked this evening on 5/14/26 clearly needs more customer service training. Didn't speak and threw my receipt at me after my purchase. I shop at publix almost everyday and have never experienced a cashier so rude.
