Ordered cakes for 2 separate birthdays. Directions were not followed and cakes received were not even close to what we ordered. Bakery manager is extremely unprofessional. Good thing the store manager was professional. I think they need to review their bakery leadership, professionalism, directional skills etc. Far from meets the quality you expect at Publix Markets! We will NEVER order a cake from this bakery again and it’s very sad when your other local Publix bakeries have heard the same complaints about this store so unfortunately I suppose we are not the only ones who have had to deal with this same problem or bakery manager.

Would not recommend. They had one check out lane open so we decided to do self checkout. The Self Checkout Attendant hovered over us and made us feel like we were going to shoplift. and continued to after I confronted him of why he was standing so close. Never in my life have I ever been made to feel this way.
