I’ve been shopping at this location multiple times a week for 20 years. Most people pay higher prices to shop at Publix because their stores are clean and customer service used to always be top notch. There’s a guy named Jaden that is ALWAYS up by the front register talking to other employees, when you ask him for help he acts like you don’t have a right to interrupt his conversation. On at least 2 other occasions before today he’d give answers like “if it’s not on shelf we don’t have it” to “I don’t know”. Today I tried to get help and was waving him over to me, he seen me and turned around to continue his conversation as I was approaching him he started walking towards me so I asked him about a item and he totally ignored me and went to a register to wait on someone else telling me he “works register today” I’m not shopping here till I receive apology from Jaden which won’t happen so I’m done here after 20 yrs!

As much as I love shopping here and their subs, they really neglect their online orders. the last few times I ordered my subs online, they barely put any of the toppings on and i basically got a sandwich with just chicken and mayo. I started specifically ordering extra of everything to make sure they at least put something on there. The first time I did it, i got about the average amount of toppings you would get from asking for a regular amount in person. My family just got subs tonight, with my sub containing extra toppings, and when I opened it up, there was barely anything on it besides, again, the chicken and mayo. I don’t know if its just a publix thing or if the deli workers at this specific location just don’t care, but I think it’s utterly ridiculous that I would have to stand in their extremely slow line in the store just to have any sort of toppings on my sandwich.

This Publix location is always clean, well-stocked, and organized. The staff is friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed. Checkout is usually quick, and the store consistently provides a great shopping experience. I appreciate the fresh produce, quality products, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location!
