I love Publix, and their employees are always so awesome and helpful, but this one in Carillon employees would rather have a full-blown conversation with each other before assisting customers.

Edit with picture *** Upon opening my sub, not only is it not hot or pressed like I asked for, it’s missing the cheese I selected as well as onions. My order was not complicated at all, just a pressed veggie sub with cheese! Also notice the stem on the pepper they didn’t chop off. Not worth the money I payed for. This Publix deli is the absolute worse, I only continue to go there because it is only a mile away from me and very convenient when I want to pick something up on the way home with order ahead, however after giving them benefit of the doubt about 5 times now, I’ll be driving to another Publix to order ahead and pick up. On multiple occasions when I ordered ahead, when I arrived at the store to pick up my order still wasn’t ready and on two occasions it took about an hour when it said it would be ready in 30 mins. Today I ordered a hot sub and pressed, I go to pick up and the sub is not in the hot section to pick up, so my sub is cold and not pressed at all. Do yourself a favor and do not order ahead here, they won’t read the order right.
