Disappointing experience. I came here a year ago consistently and could never fault. However today after so long I returned to a terrible decline in service. Having taken my order I waited outside from 12.45-1.05 without receiving my drink or lunch. I went inside as literally no customers were in the Cafe and were zero busy and this was odd for this cafe. I walked in to see the owner on his phone sitting down, his assistant cleaning a machine but no order. I gestured were my order was and he jumped up realising he forgot. I got my hot drink only to be served in the cup I didn't ask for nor the drink choice, the poor assistant bared the brunt of his mistake. She seemed annoyed at me as though it was my fault. Not the case Finally after 25 mins my drink and meal came. I always came here because everything was quick even when busy. But as the only patron in the cafe i was hard to forget about. Thank goodness the food and drink are always very good but wow very shocked at the deterioration of service. All up a 15 mins normal order took 45mins. Odd day maybe?

They are changing the concept and will be serving Anatel food (excited). As of now it's sandwiches and hot drinks. Everything was lovely and tasty. People are nice. As this shop is still in transition so it felt that they are settling in. Will be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We've just spend 10 days in Sydney and each day excellent coffee and excellent food from Pusher Espresso. highly recommend.
