We paid nearly $150 for three people to play just 18 holes of mini golf, so we expected a much better experience. While waiting for our tee time (about a 30-minute wait), we sat at an empty table with our minor child. We had specifically been told by the hostess that seating was self-serve unless a table was marked as reserved. When a gentleman approached and asked us to move, I had no issue doing so. I simply explained that we were following the instructions we had been given by the hostess. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding, he proceeded to argue with me in front of my family. At the time, roughly 70% of the tables were empty, and there were only three of us occupying a table for four. As a business owner myself, I completely understand the importance of managing seating and operations. That wasn't the issue. The issue was the unnecessary confrontation and the rude way the situation was handled. The entire interaction could have been resolved with a simple, polite explanation. Instead, it became one of the rudest customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. Unfortunately, it overshadowed the entire visit and made what should have been a fun family outing very disappointing. We chose not to eat however I will say the kitchen looked clean as we walked by.

Kelli 2.0 is just amazing. She has such a lovely smile and bright personality. So kind. And super great. She was friendly and personable. Stopped at the table just when we needed her and brought everything we needed and then some. We will definitely come back, thanks to Kelli 2.0!

Appearances can be deceiving! From the outside, this place looks small or medium-sized, but I was amazed when I stepped inside by its spaciousness, creative design, and stunning decor. The many mini-golf games are creative, beautiful, and incredibly fun—not to mention the restaurant and food! It is honestly one of the best indoor spots I’ve ever visited for a day out. The dishes are absolutely delicious, the drinks are top-notch, and the service is wonderful, delivered by a very warm and welcoming staff.
