I ordered a bowl online today for my first time trying qdoba. They did not put the salsa or sourcream i ordered on there. I asked the lady who made it if theres sourcream and salsa on there. She said if its on my order ticket then it "SHOULD" be on the bowl.i asked again if she's sure the sourcream and salsa are on there. She confirmed yes it "SHOULD" be if it was on my order ticket. There was no sauces on the bowl I didnt feel like arguing with her there was a line of customers so I just left. I was hoping that maybe she just put it under the toppings for some odd reason but no it didnt have any. The food was great but I won't return to this location because of this experience I had with a very elder lady. Price per person: $10–20

Every time I go, they are alway out of the items I want. It feels as if they are not properly restocking items. I was there around 8:45pm, I wanted the fajita peppers and they were out, they close at ten, there was whole hour until close, I feel like that is more than enough time to have that item restocked. After work today, I went, I wanted to give you guys one more chance, again no fajita peppers and no lettuce. At this rate, the staff needs to be looked into and what they are doing when they are prepping because that’s not okay, the fajita peppers, can be understandable but lettuce. The staff members seem like they are all not there, yesterday when I went, I specifically said brown rice and male employee proceeded to scoop white rice, and this isn’t the first time he has been this way going there. The female employee today, I had to repeat everything to her, she was more concerned with everything that happening by register. Service: 1

Just picked up food from them today and it was the worst experience that I had ever picking up food from this location. The amount of food that I got is a joke compared to what I received last week and every other time before. I got like half a scoop of steak, A few pieces of fajita veggies, and Like five pieces of Romaine lettuce. I understand that food costs have gone up but for about $15 I got like seven dollars worth of food. On top of it the employee that was serving me looked like he would rather be playing video games or texting on his phone. Going to try another location or go to chipotle next. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
