Room smelt like paint, At the end of our stay the gent asked us how it was, I mentioned it was good although the room had a strong smell of paint, the guy then looks at me with a glare and says “ok”.. Not how I’d treat a customer who’s stayed with me for a week but if that’s the service level than so be it.

I stayed at the QT hotel from the 5th September until the 10th. My stay was exceptional and this was due to Dmol ( Duty Manager ) He is a great ambassador for the QT hotel. Professional, kind and very welcoming. I’ve stayed at hotels all around the world and I’d have to say my experience at the QT was amazing!! Thank you Dmol your a gentleman!

The QT Perth is a fantastic hotel, perfectly located in the middle of the Perth CBD. Everything is within easy walking distance and it’s a great place to stay for events in the city. The rooms are excellent, with clever and quirky design that was very practical and elegant. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities were great - loved the big range of free movies. We had a package that included breakfast and it was excellent. Not the usual buffet madness, but instead an à la cart selection. We also had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was outstanding. The service at the front desk was great, with only one gap. On our second night, there was no hot water to our room that night. It was due to a mains fault, but we were not notified. We still had no hot water the next morning, with no apologies or notice. I appreciate that these things happen, but a simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way.
