Bad experience, (1st and last!) I don't recommend it and I won't return to this place again. The supposed "Manager" appeared completely unprepared to deal with complaints arising from customer service and, equally, did not show the slightest care for the customer, being quite curt and even harsh! I ordered a beef fillet, it had a bad taste and appearance, I asked to politely exchange it. The owner was extremely impolite and arrogant, she gave a thousand unfortunate justifications, including one that the taste of the fillet is "unique" and that it needs to be consumed with sauce. The super friendly cashier apologizing for what happened and the owner, instead of trying to understand why the steak was really bad, was only concerned with making the customer feel embarrassed, making statements that the complaint was invalid.
