Good morning , I was a manager at Burger King and what I can tell you is that during my visit with my wife and my son if "Eurofin" or simply a hygiene check at BK we had the "dreams" they would have worst rating... critical factors everywhere... Toilets: no papers, no soap and dirty Lobby: not clean, trash can overflowing with the trays left by customers who had not cleared it at the limit, this is understandable Food: Cold sandwich, cold fries, WINGS Retimer (which means they extend the time they have to stay warm. Reception: Cold, impolite... not a single move on the order or refund of anything, we were sent out not politely. Pay for 3 almost €35 Everything is verifiable on the cameras and when I look at the other comments it doesn't even surprise me.. What will Quick consumer service do? This Quick is a shame. 4 errors on an order. Also when you tell them that 2 sandwiches are missing they look at you like I'm lying and I ask them to come and check.
