It was a terrible experience with this kiosk, I was with my family and when we arrived at the place we found reserved tables, which is absurd, as it is a public place and not a private one. Upon arrival, we were approached by an attendant, in a very rude manner, who claimed that we could only sit at the table subject to a minimum consumption fee, in the amount of R$ 200.00. The practice of minimum consumption is considered abusive and violates the consumer's rights, as stated in Article 39: - Suppliers of products or services are prohibited from, among other abusive practices: I - Condition the supply of a product or service on the supply of another product or service, as well as, without just cause, on quantitative limits; In addition to all the inconvenience upon arrival and illegal demands on site, the service is horrible and the disregard for the customer is even worse. The biggest one, not even a Wi-Fi network at the time of payment is provided by the establishment, as was said by the girl at the cashier "please pay at pix, as we will not provide the password for the Wi-Fi network". My total indignation with this experience is recorded.
