A terrible place for everything. When we arrived, a lady said she would call someone to help us. A boy arrived with a potato that we didn't own. Because the people who asked left early. As we were hungry we accepted. We ordered 4 beers and a portion. It took more than an hour, and we asked if it would take longer He said, look, your portion is ready, but the guy who was going to bring it is on his lunch break. The end, right, what do I have to do with employee hours. When we speak then please cancel. Air, the girl said, I’m not going to ask someone else. It took another 30 minutes, and we couldn't wait any longer. We canceled and asked to close. The worst part was that we were forced to pay 10% for the terrible work, carried out by people who were not committed to anything.

Everything was very beautiful, wonderful until it was time to leave and have to settle the bill directly at the Kiosk and have the displeasure of having contact with the person who introduced herself as the Manager of the place named Andreia. At the time, the electricity in the place had gone out and they told us that they would only accept payment if it was in cash (absurd, as at the beginning we asked Mr. Márcio what the payment methods would be and he confirmed that they would accept payments through credit, debit and PIX cards in addition to the option of cash as well), well at this moment my cell phone had an internet signal and I could make the payment via PiX but the manager claimed that there would be no way to see if the PiX would have been actually made insinuating that we would not make the payment, and that we would only receive it in cash. A very kind couple from Sorocaba, São Paulo, who we met on the beach, was also there to settle their account and they would make the payment via debit card. , however, the manager said that she would only receive it if it was in cash, that she was responsible for the kiosk and she was the one in charge there, and that if we didn't make the payment and left, we wouldn't even reach the asphalt of BR 101, because the owners they were from the red command faction and that we weren't going to leave that place in one piece. (It's absurd, because if we were there to pay our bills, the manager herself was putting up obstacles). In short .... We paid our bill with a debit card, because in the meantime, between threats and arguments, the electricity came back on and the machine started working again.
