Visited RFC Restaurant on 22-5-26 , 10 pm and ordered 4 Chicken Kebabs and 1 Full Beef Ribs. The chicken kebabs were actually good But unfortunately, the beef ribs were a big disappointment. The meat was not cooked properly, very tough, and not tender at all. Beef ribs are supposed to be soft and juicy, but this felt undercooked and difficult to eat. What made the experience worse was the service response. We informed the waiter about the issue, but there was no proper response or effort to resolve the complaint. A simple apology would have made a difference. Hope the restaurant improves both food consistency and customer service in the future. Price per person: SAR 80–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent RFC visit. I ordered a QTR Shawaya, and later requested an additional portion. To my surprise, the waiter refused to serve the requested item, which is completely unacceptable. This is not about food availability — it was clearly the attitude and arrogant behavior of the staff that made the situation worse. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and service, not resistance or arguments from the service team. Such behavior reflects poor training and lack of customer service standards. Hospitality is about making customers feel welcome, not making them uncomfortable. I strongly urge the management to take this seriously, train their staff properly, and ensure this kind of behavior is not repeated with other customers. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended until service improves. Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
