We just want to express our disappointment with this branch. When we placed our order, the waiter informed us of a 25-minute waiting time. We waited for 40 minutes and had to follow up, only to be told that our order was unavailable. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and very disappointing. Meal type: Lunch

For the price the food is not up for the expectation. The Garlic Steak Mushroom which costs 1k+ is just bad. The rice in it is not cooked! Miso Salmon glazed - I cant tell if theres miso. Its too plain. If you're in Robinson just go to Manam for comfort food. Larger servings, better price and quality of food. Aroz Caldo while a bit ok. Its a bit cold already and the bone marrow is so tiny. Theres a lot of places that could offer better serving size with this combo. Price per person: ₱3,000–3,500 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Long serving time, took more than 40 mins to serve a food. We lost are appetite, kids are sleepy and the manager here at malolos robinson branch can't handle simple guest follow up and complaint. The staff said after I told that we are going to cancel our order, "ay diko po alam sir sorry." Other guests are also kept following up their orders and the manager just stood at the pantry waiting for the food to come out. She should have arrests first the guest complain instead of giving complimentary blueberry slices, crinkles. Some guests doesn't want complimentary. Some prefer a small explanation why the food took so long. Poor customer handlings skills. Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
