Well well well…. What can I say…. This spot here was definitely a good one!!! I saw these guys on instagram and for what they were doing on there… the food definitely didn’t disappoint!! I could in on about the food, but my thing is receiving good customer service. From the moment I sat down the waiter came over and spoke to me, telling me about the food and ensuring me that if i needed anything he’s got me. Yes the food came in good time and it was delicious and tasted fresh!! I am definitely coming back here!! The bar staff were really nice (especially the one who served me) and the cooking staff were very active/lively the atmosphere was ok, but I got the vibe that later is greater!! Big up da donnie dat served us!! Zebranos Soho branch - Booked for a birthday meal. THE WORST dining experience of my life! Waited over 2 hours for food. Pre booked a large table of 20+ and only 6 people received food in a 3 hour period. Disgustingly rude staff including restaurant manager, verbally abusive to customers.
Only positive, the chef himself came out and apologised for the sevice, he spoke with integrity and sincerity, you could see he cared about his customers dining experiences. Huge shame his staff/team didnt reflect his hardwork and passion. Overall...TERRIBLE!
