Absolutely delicious sandwiches! I love the variety of fillings,that you offer and the price (9-11 GBP) is reasonable. The sandwich you get is huge and will make you really full. The flavoured hash browns are also great, and they come in such big portions that I could get full just eating a portion of hash! Overall, lovely lunch spot in Arndale! I have only subtracted a point on service as it is a bit slow and only 1 or 2 ppl make loads of sandwiches. Price per person: £1–10

I had heard good things about this place from my partner and decided to give it a try. We visited around 2pm on a Friday and it was clearly busy, with a steady stream of orders both at the counter and through delivery apps. The staff were friendly and the menu was straightforward. We ordered the Egg Mayo sandwich, and I went for the special of the day, a deli-style Cold Cuts on Focaccia, with a side of salt and pepper hash brown bites. Just a heads up that there can be a bit of a wait, as the sandwiches are made fresh to order. There were only two staff members working, but they were constantly preparing orders for customers ahead of us as well as for delivery drivers. Our food took around 20 to 25 minutes to come out. That said, it was definitely worth the wait. The focaccia was nicely crisp without being too chewy or tough, and the filling was really flavourful. They were generous with the cold cuts and salad too. My partner’s egg mayo sandwich looked great as well. I did not get a taste because it disappeared pretty quickly, which is probably a good sign. The hash brown bites were hot, crispy and well seasoned with the salt and pepper spice. Overall, it was a really enjoyable sandwich and probably the best focaccia sandwich I have had. I would highly recommend giving it a try, just be prepared to wait a little while for your food. I hate sandwiches, so I don't know how Rack does it... The samosa chat is a comforting, flavoursome hug
