Came here because there's some of my favorite chicken fingers at a fast food restaurant went through the drive-thru. There were a lot of vehicles but the line was moving fairly quick for how many vehicles were in line. There were line attendants outside. Unfortunately, they ignored us for about 5 minutes talking to each other and then decided to come take our order. But other than that the food is always good Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: The Caniac Combo - 6 Chicken Fingers, Cane's Sauce, Coleslaw, Texas Toast

Went here at 7:58 and Honestly I love their food. But after hearing the two ladies taking order and payments in the drive through talking poorly about the customer in front of me after leaving was a let down. Doesn’t matter what your beliefs are if you feel that strongly to say “should have refused service” and “you can’t eat here” over some car stickers while checking out another customer and they can clearly hear you considering your card is in their hand is just not cool. I’m not dumb, I know not everyone believes the same things but you shouldn’t feel so strongly you have to point it out while helping another customer and other customers have their windows rolled down behind them. Makes you wonder if they are talking poorly about you after you leave. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Absolutely disgusting experience at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. I bit into my chicken and immediately noticed it looked gray/purple and undercooked inside. The texture was nasty and completely unsafe-looking. I lost my appetite instantly. What made it even worse was the way the store handled it. I called asking for a refund and got told they ‘couldn’t do anything right now’ because the person who took my order wasn’t there. Since when does a refund depend on ONE employee being at work? Then they told me to call the number on the receipt, and the automated system wouldn’t even take the call. So basically nobody wanted to take responsibility. I paid money for food that looked unsafe to eat and got nothing but a runaround afterward. This was beyond unacceptable and honestly makes me question the food safety standards at this location.
