Everywhere there's an unsung hero, and in this branch, there's the (knight Meran). Because of his service to us, he made us all happy. We're four people, thank you so much, (meran the Knight). A Tragic Love Story: Me, My Soggy Cane's Meal, and the Funky Stench Once upon a time, I ordered Raising Cane's, lured in by the promise of crispy chicken, golden fries, and buttery toast. Oh, how naïve I was. When I opened that plastic container, it was like opening Pandora's box... except instead of releasing all the evils of the world, I unleashed sogginess **and a smell that can only be described as "chicken in its twilight years" marinated in ancient, overworked fryer oil.** The **chicken**? Less crispy, more like a damp sponge with an identity crisis. And the smell—oh, that smell. It hit me like a gust of warm air from a dumpster behind a fried chicken shack on the hottest day of the year. My nose curled in self-defense as I contemplated whether this chicken had been seasoned with regret and left out in the sun for far too long. The **toast**? That once-promised golden perfection had been reduced to a soft, lifeless slab of what I can only assume was bread in a past life. Now, it was more like a wet pillow someone left in the sink overnight. Toast? No. It was a "moist tragedy" served with a side of "I should have known better." The **fries**? They once dreamed of being crunchy, golden sticks of joy. Now, they were soft, limp impostors, lying there like soggy memories of what could have been. Each bite was a sad reminder that somewhere out there, in a faraway land, real fries were living their best lives—free of the suffocating plastic prison that trapped mine in a greasy, humid grave.
