early morning shoppers are forced to use the self checkout. And I think it’s like low-key elder abuse the way that they make the senior citizens do the self check out and then when they’re helping them, they are very condescending in the way that they speak to them when they’re helping them c self check out !!! they should just open a check stand one just one check stand in the morning for people who do not want to utilize the self check out. It should be a choice. And they should treat the elderly better

Worst Ralphs experience in Southern California. The meat department is absolutely disgusting. Every item there was rotting chicken, rotting red meat, & rotting pork. And they have the nerve to have discounts on it, Throw it away! When letting their evening staff know, they didn’t even seem to care. Gross!

Worst store!!! All employees at the self checkout and some on cashier are rude! And its a problem whenever you ask for help! Maybe should hire new employees that actually want to work! It upsets me more because this is the closest to me. Not shopping here anymore.
