The food was good. It was nice and quiet. Calm atmosphere, I enjoyed my food with a nice cold, Asahi beer, ahhhh. The cashier was professional and explained to me the menu since it was the first time I was there. They also have a nice size patio area to eat outside. Bathrooms are clean. Parking: There is plenty of free parking. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. It's on the ground floor. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

Ate here for the first time. I asked for a recommendation from the gentleman at the register who went above and beyond in explaining the menu, his recommendations, and I ended up going with the Tonkotsu ramen with a fried egg swapped for the hard boiled egg, again as recommended. Food only took a couple minutes to come out and was excellent. I applied for a position here a while ago and had the opportunity to interview with the general manager and I believe the regional manager, and you can tell they care deeply about understanding who they’re hiring so they can find passionate people to run their restaurant. I ended up going somewhere else as I got a better offer closer to home, but their care in who they hire was absolutely reflected in my experience today. Will definitely be back soon! Ramen Hayashi Fresno was awesome! The mochi ice cream was delicious! I loved it! I was very happy to see how caring the workers were. They were quick, helpful and nice! The customer service alone was 10/10! While the ramen good, I really enjoyed the mochi ice cream! The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone near, in Fresno or passing through.
