Customer service is trash here. Why do you have a line of people waiting and your on the phone taking orders. I waited 8 minutes for a pickup order that was already ready. Plot twist all the salads are premade with onions so they just take out the onions and all items. ALL LOCATIONS DO THIS premade salads and pizza and simply reheat when orders are placed. I stood in like 8 mins and they had the nerve to have a TIP option. Here's a tip learn the difference between a chef and a Caesar salad first. Then a guy looking like Shaggy from Scooby Doo walking around looking lost. But anything for sales I guess. My pizza was lukewarm and salad was incorrect and I paid 25 for all this. No wonder why the place was nearly empty. Businesses please do better you have cameras all over the place and can't seem to catch the BS the employees do. The saving grace is the 2 pizza slices Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love Randy’s Pizza but I went there today on my lunch break craving for some delicious cheese slices and food wasn’t not that great. Please cook the pizza a little longer than how you guys are doing it now. Rubbery flappy pizza is not it. We want more crust so to speak! Very disappointed today. Bring back real Italians, Those guys in there are ruining the Randy’s reputation in Durham Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We ordered from Randy's Pizza in past at a different location. Tried this one for a change. Might not ever go back to Randy's for this. We ordered a large Capone ADD pepperoni. Went to pick up the pizza to find it look very sloppy, cheese missing on part of the whole pizza. When asked all they can say is, yea it happens. Get in the car, look at it again, and there was no pepperoni (that they charged me extra for). When we called them, we were asked what kind of pizza we ordered, and after being put on hold (we were told they were checking to seeif they indeed did forget to put pepperoni on ours, they said they had to make 3 capone pizzas and yes they did forget the topping. Which I already told them that not sure why am putting me on hold to "ask if they indeed forgot" was necessary. Came back and I asked for refund of the topping. The guy on the phone clearly didn't know how to process a refund. Few moments later he comes on the phone to say he ended up refunding the pizza since he didn't know how to refund just the topping. Not professional at all. Very disappointing!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1
