Hi fellow Urbanspooners, please READ THIS STORY and let your friends and family know about the kind of business this establishment is into. This Saturday night was not at all what we expected. We arrived at Ragnoli at 10:50. I tried to explain to the Owner/Manager that we had a reservations for my friends birthday celebrations. I was abruptly and rudely cut off multiple times. The exact phrase I was told was " Oh really, well everybody here has reservations too, get in line". After this I figured maybe yes, everybody was in fact on the reservation?! But then we noticed several single women being let in by the same exact Owner/Manager it did not seem as though "everybody on the reservation was waiting in line" as mentioned by the bouncer earlier. Also, I had noticed that they held back my friend's husband and sister. They were maybe not as "ethnic"dressed as the other people there. The atmosphere made it seem as though they were, dare I say not "ethnic" enough for this establishment. After we finally got in, it was about late and I was told by the girl at the door that my reservation no longer applied. She constantly displayed her I phone just in case I did not know how to tell time. My explanations and requests were rudely denied and all 8 guests that did come were turned away. I feel that this reservation was approved under false pretences and maybe we should be sending our Facebook profile pictures in with the reservations, just to avoid being humiliated and abused by the Manager/Owner. I really hope that you take my honest and frank experience to avoid this establishment at all costs!. Never mind, I just found out this establishment has been closed for poor business practices. And im guessing poor judgement calls on other businesses.
