I am a foreigner who came to Thailand for a short trip. The main staff are incredibly rude and blatantly dismissive of those who don't speak English. You are one of the Thai people, how great is your English skills? You seem to need some service training. You don't realize that your attitude toward people is quite wrong. Your lack of basic customer etiquette makes me feel uncomfortable and won't be returning. This woman left me with some very bad memories. The bakery’s exterior is a bit deceiving and doesn't grab much attention, but once you’re inside, it’s a lovely place to be. They have delicious, European-quality desserts and good coffee, plus the prices are honestly amazing. I’ll definitely be back to try every single croissant (they look divine!) and the kombucha. Right by the entrance, there’s a corner with handmade items like knitted bags, shoppers, and wallets made by a lady from the bakery. They’re high-quality and absolutely adorable. Raphael Bakery has delicious pastries, but around lunch time they are many times sold out. The staff told us that they sell pastries to other shops for resale and that’s why they don’t have pastries left in the afternoon.
