Recess is a fast-casual salad and rice bowl concept, and our focus is on bold marinades, house-made dressings, and thoughtfully prepared vegetables rather than a traditional sit-down dining format. While it’s always possible to purchase individual ingredients at the grocery store, we take a great deal of pride in the flavor development, preparation, and consistency that go into every bowl we serve.
