We’re sorry that you and your family felt unwelcome when you arrived.We’d just like to clarify that the comments and attitude you experienced regarding the pram were not directed towards you or your family personally. The frustration was actually regarding the way the table had been booked/allocated. Given the size of the pram and the space required, the table should have been booked on a larger table with more room around it. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding between the booking information and the table that was allocated to you, and we’re sorry this resulted in an uncomfortable experience for you.We completely understand how the interaction may have come across, particularly when you were simply trying to get your family settled. That was not the impression we wanted to give, and we’ll be addressing this with the team to make sure we handle similar situations better in future.We’re pleased to hear that the service was fine afterwards and that you enjoyed the food, but we’re genuinely sorry that the initial experience left you feeling unwelcome.
