Great Sunday lunch spot with brilliant atmosphere Had a fantastic Sunday afternoon lunch here. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with plenty of space, making it feel relaxed and comfortable. Ordered the chicken parmigiana and fish and chips – both were excellent. The portions were generous with plenty of salad, a great-sized chicken breast, and heaps of chips. What really stood out was the selection of sauces and condiments available; the pepper sauce in particular was brilliant. Really impressed with the quality and value. Will definitely be coming back! Price per person: $40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The hotel was very busy on the night we went. Lots of groups enjoying food and music. Also had a good bistro above the Red Lion Hotel that serves really good tasting French cuisine. Our group had assorted share plates, entree's, mains and desserts. It was a real feast with intense flavors. There was a good wine list selection as well and we had a bottle of Beaujolais villages red. Photos are from the visitor upstairs. The hotel also has typical pub menu and drinks. Service: 4

Was so grateful for the complimentary appetisers and dessert, and the service was great. The food was wonderful we ordered a selection of dishes and shared. It gave us an opportunity to be able to enjoy what was on the menu. Thank you to all who made our first visit memorable. Will definitely be back.
