Waiter excellent....except took my credit card to pay bill....makes me nervous of cloning. Prawn starter a bkt tasteless without sauce. Brocolli overcooked and soggy. Chips fine. Lobster overcooked and not the best. Lots of empty chairs for a friday night. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $40–50

I’ve always loved this restaurant until recently. It has done nothing but slowly go down hill esp here in the last few months. I don’t know if it’s management/staff or what. My husband and I went in for dinner tonight for the first date night we’ve had in years. It was very quiet and slow which excited me for fresh food, smooth service and a great evening which is what I expect at a restaurant when slow as a previous waitress for 14+ years … WRONG, it took over 15 min to get our biscuits, 30+ min for an appetizer and over an hour for our food. We ordered ALL fried food for our dinner that should not have taken more than 10 min to cook given the volume in the restaurant, 30 min max with spacing out timing with appetizer and entrees. The tea taste like nobody had cleaned the urns in MONTHS and the soda just the same. We ordered the crab queso appetizer which would have been good if the crab didn’t taste completely rotten. The entree was at least fresh when it arrived a hour later but at that point I felt so sick from the dip I couldn’t eat. The restaurant was absolutely dirty as ever as well. The window ledges, lamps and decor were COVERED in dust and gnats. Booths had what looked like weeks worth of food caked in the cracks and sides. I honestly lost my appetite as well after seeing the dust, bugs and all the food in my seat from probably multiple guest before us. By the time our food hit the table we immediately requested the check, took a few bites and left. We STILL tipped 20% of our bill but honestly it ruined our date night out and we wasted $70 on trash food & a dirty environment. We absolutely will NOT be going back. Only thing this business is worth at this point is the biscuits. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in Red Lobster. Maybe they should have never parted ways with Darden… 10/10 do NOT recommend eating here anymore! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

I will not go back to this location. Service was good. The price went up. I rather go to the steak house.
